Ingredients:
Peel and chop potatoes until they fill one bowl. (1 bowl of potatoes = 2 bowls served) Put them in a pot, cover with water and boil until they are tender (between 10 and 20 minutes). Then mash the potatoes in the water until it gets all soupy and there are no large chunks. Put in onion, garlic, milk and butter and bring to a boil. Add spices to taste, starting with a pinch of each until it tastes good. Boil for 10 more minutes. If it's still too watery, add flour a small pinch at a time until the consistency is good. |
