There are no real
materials for this spell, although you might want to blow sand
in the air to be more like Tara.
What you do is charge up, ground and center and otherwise do
what you do for a spell. Then, while the people you want to
not see you aren't looking, say:
"Blind
Lady, Blessed Queen, Work my will upon them all"
"My curse upon them, my obesiance to you."
Then
take the energy you charged and form a lasso around yourself
and their eyes. Polaraize the energy so that on their end, their
eyes are repelled (magenetically) from you. After this, they
will avoid looking at you.
To
break the spell: Say:
"Blind
Lady, lift your veil. Give me form and break my spell."
Then
simply break the bond and ground it into the earth.
